Kristen Kumar

Kristen is a corporate, commercial and financial services lawyer with particular interest in corporate and commercial advisory and transactions.

With a double degree in law and commerce Kristen began her legal career in insurance law acting for global insurers and major national retailers. Kristen then focused her skills in the areas of corporate and commercial law, where she has worked in private practice and now predominately as in-house legal counsel for an Australian subsidiary of a global multi-national motor vehicle manufacturer.
