Jemma Andretzke is a Lawyer in the firm’s Employment & Workplace Relations team. Jemma is also a member of the firm’s RemCheck team and has assisted with significant payroll compliance review projects across the social and community services, aged care and healthcare industries.
Jemma has experience across a broad range of employment law matters, including industrial instrument interpretation, employment contract preparation and review, payroll compliance, workplace policies, employment due diligence in corporate transactions and advisising on employee disciplinary issues. She also assists with complex workplace investigations, disputes and enterprise agreement bargaining.
With a double degree in Law and Human Resource Management, combined with her professional experience, Jemma brings a holistic and practical understanding of workplace relations to her legal practice.
