His practice encompasses the preparation of advice, implementing restructures of high-net-worth private groups and businesses, lodging private binding ruling applications and objections with State and Federal revenue authorities and developing strategies for tax and asset protection.
Jackson has cultivated particular expertise in a number of specialty areas including stamp duty issues pertaining to trust resettlements, tax concessions relating to technology start-ups and their investors and the various state-based land tax regimes across Australia.
