He has advised in relation to senior debt, mezzanine debt, complex capital structures, in relation to various financial products, including international syndicated facilities, bi lateral facilities, working capital facilities and the injection of new money involving super priority senior debt.
Many of these restructurings have been informal and consenual and some have been by way of a scheme of arrangement or using other lateral restructuring options.
