Darcie Gleeson

Darcie is a Lawyer in Cowell Clarke’s Employment & Workplace Relations team.

Darcie advises on a wide range of employment and workplace relations issues, including assisting in workplace investigations, disciplinary processes, disputes and workers compensation matters. She also assists with contract preparation and review, workplace policies, and compliance with employment legislation and industrial instruments.

With a double degree in Law and Psychological Science, Darcie brings a unique perspective to her practice, combining strong legal knowledge with an understanding of the human and organisational factors that influence workplace issues. This enables her to provide practical advice to clients navigating complex employment challenges.
