Caroline Beasley

Associate Director

Caroline is an employment lawyer with experience in the private, government and community legal sectors.

Caroline has advised on the full range of workplace relations matters, including industrial relations strategy, enterprise bargaining and negotiation, interpretation issues, employment litigation and dispute resolution, executive employment matters and employee entitlement matters. Caroline has also advised on and conducted workplace investigations.

Prior to joining Cowell Clarke, Caroline worked as an Associate to the President of the Fair Work Commission, enabling her to bring unique insight into the Commission’s processes.

In 2021, Caroline was awarded the ACT Young Lawyer of the Year by the ACT Law Society.
