Adam is an employment and industrial relations specialist with experience in workplace misconduct investigations and disciplinary proceedings, including workplace harassment and equal opportunity matters. He has extensive experience in advising on all aspects of the employment relationship. Adam represents clients in various matters in the Fair Work Commission and SA Employment Tribunal.
Adam has experience working in private firms, within the public sector and in-house. This broad experience has provided a solid foundation for understanding our clients’ needs and expectations and providing quality advice to our clients.
Adam is also a member of the Law Society of SA’s Industrial Relations Committee, the In-House and Public Sector Lawyers Committee and is Chair of the Administrative and Public Law Committee.
