Viviana is an experienced dispute resolution practitioner with extensive experience in litigation matters.

Prior to relocating to Australia, Viviana practised as a barrister in South Africa for over a decade, where she developed a successful and diverse litigation practice spanning commercial, insolvency, and contractual disputes. In this capacity, Viviana represented both private and high-profile corporate clients across a range of sectors, including the motor vehicle, financial services, telecommunications, and medical insurance industries. She also gained substantial experience acting in government related litigation.
