Sandra Bejo is an Associate in Cowell Clarke’s Corporate and Commercial team.

Sandra has broad corporate and commercial experience focusing on a range of transactional and commercial contracting work. She has experience advising a diverse range of clients, spanning industries such as financial services, technology and digital services, health, property development and professional services.

Sandra regularly advises on transactions (including M&A), corporate governance, shareholder arrangements and fundraising activities. In the financial services space, she supports clients with regulatory compliance, licensing and disclosure obligations, including in connection with the establishment of wholesale funds.
