Rebecca is a Senior Associate in Cowell Clarke's Corporate & Commercial Team.

Rebecca is a commercial lawyer with a distinct focus on advising Australian business. She works closely with business owners and organisations across a broad range of industries, advising on commercial transactions, trusts, business succession planning, business and share purchases and sales, business restructures, property transactions, intellectual property and corporate governance.

With extensive experience across the financial services and legal industries, together with first-hand experience as a small business owner and board member, Rebecca brings a practical understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing Australian businesses. She provides clear, timely and commercially focused advice, with an emphasis on practical solutions that support her clients’ broader business objectives.

• Acting for clients in the negotiation and drafting of business or share sale agreements (including the property aspect of transations).

• Advising clients with respect to and drafting shareholder and unitholder agreements.

• Negotiating and drafting agreements for the commerialisation and protection of intellectual property.

• Negotiating, reviewing and drafting a range of agricultural agreements.

• Negotiating and reviewing commercial agreements.
