Linda is a Senior Paralegal in the firm’s Intellectual Property & Information Technology practice group. Linda has over 25 years of experience in paralegal/senior legal administrative roles, and also as a business owner in the retail and manufacturing industry. She has developed a sound understanding of business management and the challenges faced by clients.
Linda has had an integral role in the design and implementation of systems and procedures to ensure the efficient management and maintenance of clients’ trade mark portfolios. She is responsible for managing extensive portfolios for multi-national corporations and dealing with the registration and protection of trademarks in Australia and overseas. Linda has undertaken Trade Mark Law studies through the University of Technology Sydney and enjoys working closely with the firm’s IP and dispute resolutions team to achieve positive outcomes for clients.
