Leah is a corporate lawyer who has broad corporate and commercial expertise coupled with a keen interest and experience in environmental and social matters.
With a background in environmental law, Leah brings her expertise to the ‘E’ – Environmental component of ESG. Leah has experience in advising on legal issues arising in carbon farming, carbon reduction and offsets, water, waste management, native title and Aboriginal heritage. Leah also has general corporate and commercial experience, having advised private and listed clients on a range of legal issues, including on capital raises and mergers and acquisitions.
