Leah is a corporate and commercial lawyer who has broad legal expertise. Leah has advised both private and listed clients on complex legal matters and commercial transactions. Leah has an eye for detail, enjoys the technicalities of the law and complex contracting.
She has particular experience in the software and digital technology space. Having acted for clients who are information technology providers and others who are customers, Leah understands software contracting, from software licensing and SaaS agreements through to end-user licence agreements, support services and implementation of digital solutions.
Leah also has experience in the defence sector, particularly in export controls regulation and the Safeguarding Australia’s Military Secrets approval regime.
With a background in environmental law, Leah has helped clients in advising on legal issues arising in water and water trading, site contamination, mining, waste management, native title and Aboriginal heritage.
