Iain has practiced for 30 years and is an expert in corporate and commercial law. He has extensive experience in commercial transactions and contracting, complex structuring, governance, joint ventures and foreign investment.
Iain is experienced in assembling and leading multi-disciplinary teams for client projects, including M&A, restructures and special purpose projects. He has also advised and acted in private client matters.
Iain assists his clients clarify their commercial and strategic objectives, and in understanding their governance obligations and risk exposure.
