Frank was admitted to practice in 2021, and has since attained almost 2 years of post-qualification legal experience in areas including commercial, corporate, and property. His primary legal interests include financial services, compliance, and investment law.
Frank completed his Masters in Laws in 2021, wherein he focused on comparative investment, M&A, and competition law regimes in various jurisdictions across the Asia-Pacific region. His considered and comprehensive approach to advising clients has been refined over a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.

Advising on, preparing, and submitting applications and variations to Australian Financial Services Licences;
Drafting, negotiating, and preparing agreements including option agreements, share purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, investment management agreements etc.;
Preparing, compiling and settling property contracts including leases and contracts for the sale and purchase of land;
Advising on a wide range of matters including regulatory compliance, competition law, employment, confidentiality, and intellectual property;
Drafting modern slavery statements; and
Submitting and negotiating property acquisition tender responses.
Experience
Serving as in-house legal counsel (on secondment) advising on a range of compliance and commercial agreements;
Settling complex interdependent property acquisitions;
Acting throughout various stages of litigation matters including competition law matters and corporate insolvency; and
Liaising with regulatory bodies and government agencies with respect to financial services compliance matters.
