Emma advises clients across all stages of the employment relationship, from onboarding through to termination. She delivers pragmatic and strategic guidance on workplace change initiatives (including restructures), performance management and disciplinary processes, and compliance with minimum entitlements. Emma can also assist with drafting tailored workplace policies and employment contracts to support organisational objectives.
Before joining Cowell Clarke, Emma practised in New Zealand at a well-respected regional firm within its Commercial Litigation and Employment team. She later worked in the United Kingdom at a U.S. headquartered labour and employment firm, where she advised on cross-border matters for clients with global workforces.
