Emily’s double degree in law and commerce allows her to appreciate the commercial impact of employment issues upon a business. She understands the importance of resolving employment matters efficiently and with minimal disruption. As such, she has developed a keen interest in workplace investigations and employment disputes.

Emily has experience managing complex issues around enterprise bargaining and industrial relations projects. She also works on a broad range of employment matters, which include drafting and reviewing employment contracts and workplace policies, terminations, post-employment restraints, and consultancy agreements.
