Emily’s double degree in law and commerce allows her to appreciate the commercial impact of employment issues upon a business. She understands the importance of resolving employment matters efficiently and with minimal disruption.

Emily has experience and expertise in managing complex payroll compliance review projects. She provides advice to clients in relation to their obligations and requirements under enterprise agreements, modern awards and at law.

She also works on a broad range of employment matters, which include drafting and reviewing employment contracts and workplace policies, terminations, post-employment restraints, and consultancy agreements.
