Courteney Zoellner

Courteney has experience across property transactions, financial services and corporate and commercial law.

Courteney’s primary areas of focus include:

• Assisting with all aspects of property transactions;

• Loan transactions and financing arrangements;

• Commercial transactions and agreements;

• Financial services advice; and

• Company and business acquisitions and disposals.

She also advises clients on their day-to-day business needs.

Prior to joining Cowell Clarke, Courteney worked in construction and litigation, which has provided her with a strong foundation for identifying and managing legal risk. This has enabled her to deliver strategic and commercially focused advice to clients.

With a double degree in law and business, combined with a background in disputes, Courteney assists her clients obtain practical and commercial outcomes on a wide range of commercial matters.
