Barbara is an experienced lawyer in the funds, corporate and ESG spaces.  Barbara combines her love of technology, its intersection with the law and problem solving to create:

• practical structures and detailed compliance solutions for all types of corporate, commercial and financial services transactions; and

• simple and effective ESG compliance strategies including policies and governance frameworks to tackle issues such as sustainability related disclosures and greenwashing risk.

She has also advised clients in the blockchain industry on their corporate, commercial and financial services obligations, with particular focus on navigating the regulation of new products.

With experience developing Cowell Clarke’s portal for ESG compliance and on-the-ground work in blockchain and crypto, Barbara is in her element guiding clients through intricate and emerging areas of law.
