Anna Munro

Anna is an experienced lawyer practising across property transactions, property finance, financial services, corporate and commercial law.

Anna’s primary areas of focus include:

• Direct real estate acquisitions and sales, property joint ventures and debt financing.

• Advising fund managers and other financial services licensees on Australian financial services law.

Anna also advises clients on their day-to-day business needs.  

Known for her pragmatic and commercial approach, Anna has acted for clients in a broad range of industries since being admitted as a lawyer in 2011.

Prior to joining Cowell Clarke, Anna was senior in-house counsel at a global medical technology company. As such, Anna understands the importance of a proactive and strategic approach ensuring clients achieve their business objectives whilst mitigating risk. Anna has received awards recognising her decisive leadership and dedication to client service.
