Alex Dorrington is an Associate in Cowell Clarke’s Corporate & Commercial team.

Alex has experience in a range of corporate and commercial law matters, mainly advising clients on governance, restructuring, privacy and defence matters.

He has advised clients on a wide variety of matters, including nuanced corporate governance advice, issues under Australia’s privacy and data legislation, water regulation and trading as well as regulation under defence trade controls.

Alex emphasises understanding each client’s business, industry, circumstances and strategic goals in order to provide holistic and commercial legal advice.
