Anna Young has been promoted to Senior Associate in our Corporate and Commercial Transaction team.
Prior to working at Cowell Clarke, Anna obtained a vast amount of experience working in a corporate environment, and since joining Cowell Clarke has worked on a range of complex legal projects, including infrastructure projects and corporate and commercial transactions.
Anna has developed her experience providing advice to clients on a range of contractual matters, including providing advice to clients negotiating Commonwealth contracts and international agreements.
Emily Anderson has been promoted to Senior Associate in our Private Client, Estate Administration and Dispute Resolution teams.
With a background in taxation law, Emily assists clients with their personal and business succession planning whilst also ensuring that assets and control are passed to beneficiaries in a tax-effective manner.
Emily drafts and interprets Wills and Powers of Attorney, and advises on estate administration issues and family provision claims. Emily’s experience extends to preparing both personal and corporate Powers of Attorney across all jurisdictions in Australia.
Anna and Emily have demonstrated a commitment to hard work and excellence and we look forward to seeing their continual development in the coming years.
