Peter Leech has been a Deputy Chair (representing South Australia) over the last couple of years.
We are pleased, and indeed proud, to advise that Peter has accepted an invitation from the Law Council to be National Chair of the Insolvency and Reconstruction Committee for the next two years. This position is a recognition of Peter’s outstanding contribution since joining the Committee many years ago.
To add to the excitement the Section’s national conference will be held in Adelaide this year.
