About the Lawyers

Thomas Hill 

Thomas is experienced in corporate transactions, mergers & acquisitions, and equity capital markets. He advises clients on compliance matters associated with ASIC and the ASX, and also brings a particular focus to legal matters associated with the Foreign Investment Review Board.

Daisy Macleod

Daisy has expertise across intellectual property and information technology areas, including trade marks, copyright, misleading conduct, domains, digital sourcing and ICT procurement, data privacy and compliance. She has experience advising clients on IP commercialisation and management, brand protection, licensing, and IP enforcement matters for national and international clients. She is passionate about working with not-for-profit clients and charitable organisations. She uses her commercial experience together with her sound understanding of the regulatory compliance matters unique to this sector to regularly advise clients on corporate governance, incorporation and restructuring, constitutions, and obtaining applicable tax concessions.

Matthew Del Corso 

Matthew’s practice consists predominantly of litigious matters in the building and construction sector. His broad experience includes pre-proceeding advice, arbitration, trials, and appeals. Matthew brings a pragmatic approach to dispute resolution with experience in many of the courts and tribunals in South Australia and New South Wales. Matthew also supports Cowell Clarke’s front end construction practice.

Orestis Gambranis 

Orestis has developed a keen interest in contractual and building, construction and property disputes. More recently, Orestis has assisted in a variety of Wills and Estates matters. With a strong client focus, Orestis is committed to assisting clients to reach efficient and practical outcome.

Aya Shahin

Aya has experience across a range of dispute and litigation matters. She provides assistance on a variety of commercial and construction disputes across building and construction, compulsory acquisitions, leasing, and general commercial. With a strong client focus, Aya is committed to helping clients achieve commercial and practical outcomes.

Alexandra Ward

Alexandra provides advice across a broad range of commercial litigious matters and has experience in areas such as partnership disputes, intellectual property, construction, and property law.
