Sam is a highly experienced property and agribusiness lawyer who joined Cowell Clarke as Special Counsel in 2016.
Sam’s practice includes all areas of property. He has acted on the sale and acquisition of numerous office, retail and industrial properties and regularly acts for developers on large scale residential and mixed use developments.
Sam has specialist expertise advising clients on complex agribusiness transactions and is known to his clients for delivering strategic, practical and timely advice.
Sam’s experience and expertise has been recognised by his inclusions in Best Lawyers in Australia since 2017 for Leasing Law. Sam is an active member of the Property Council, Urban Development Institute and Agribusiness Australia.
