About our Estate Administration team
Lead by Director, Natalie Abela, our highly experienced Estate Administration team specialises in wills, powers of attorney, advance care directives, and estate administration, including probate for high-value and complex estates in South Australia, interstate, and overseas.
We guide executors and trustees through estate administration, advise on inheritance claims, and resolve will disputes to protect beneficiaries, using mediation or court proceedings if needed. We also provide advice on legal division, identify administrators, and assist with necessary applications.
About you
We are seeking applications from lawyers with experience in and a passion for assisting clients with wills & estates matters. You will have/be:
Minimum 4 years+ PQE in wills, estates and general litigation.
Experience in drafting complex Wills (including Testamentary Trust Wills) and associated succession planning documents.
Understanding of relevant succession issues for family trusts, private companies and self-managed superannuation funds.
A professional demeanour, possessing gravitas and confidence to build a rapport with clients.
Highly motivated, with strong business acumen and a team player.
The ability to take carriage of matters, work autonomously and take responsibility for file management.

You’ll work with a diverse client base on a broad range of matters, including succession planning, estate administration, and estate litigation.
