About you and our role
Working for our leading Restructuring and Insolvency Director, Gerard Breen, we are seeking applications from lawyers with 3-7 years PQE with strong technical financial services litigation expertise. The role will see you working at the forefront of complex corporate restructuring, insolvency, and high-stakes financial transactions.
As a Senior Associate, you will take a leading role in advising on restructures, insolvency litigation, and debt financing, working with major stakeholders, including hedge funds, financial institutions, and corporate clients. You will be involved in strategic planning, drafting complex legal documents, negotiating commercial solutions, and managing multi-party transactions. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced lawyer to apply their expertise in insolvency, restructuring, and corporate finance.
