About our role
We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our highly regarded Dispute Resolution team, working for Hayden Fox. This role will offer you the opportunity to handle a diverse range of complex commercial disputes across industries, including contract disputes, property matters, shareholder issues, intellectual property, construction, financial services, insolvency, fraud, and tax.
You’ll play a key role in developing legal strategies aligned with clients’ commercial objectives, working with corporates, directors, shareholders, property developers, government, and investors.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, delivering strategic dispute resolution advice and litigation services at the highest level.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced disputes lawyer with a strong background in commercial litigation and a keen focus on achieving practical, commercial outcomes for clients. You will have:
5+ years PQE in dispute resolution, commercial litigation, or a related field.
Proven experience managing complex disputes from initial advice through to resolution.
Strong technical expertise across contract law, property disputes, corporate issues, financial services, or insolvency.
A commercial mindset, with the ability to develop strategies that align with clients’ business objectives.
Excellent client engagement and communication skills, with a reputation for building trusted relationships.
A proactive and collaborative approach, thriving in a fast-paced and high-performing team.
