About the role
We have an opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to join our growing Sydney office. This role will see you supporting our Employment and Workplace Relations and our Disputes Resolution teams (2 Directors and their teams).
This varied role will see you building great relationships with the legal teams you’re supporting and providing broad administrative support, including:
preparing documents
billing
managing the team’s diary, emails and travel
liaising with clients
mentoring Admin Assistants
About you
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced legal support professional with:
an exceptional work ethic
initiative, flexibility and positive attitude
high attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
superior communication skills
familiarity with legal practice software, including NetDocs and Affinity (helpful, not essential)
