About the role

This role sits at the intersection of data analysis and client support within our Verimus team, offering a dynamic opportunity to contribute across both technical and customer-facing functions. This role will see you:

• Support business decision-making through advanced spreadsheet analysis and data cleansing.

• Design and maintain insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools.

• Coordinate client onboarding, including platform setup and data imports, ensuring a seamless experience.

• Create and maintain clear documentation for internal processes and client configurations.

• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external software vendors to resolve issues efficiently.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data workflows and onboarding scalability.

About you

You’re a recent IT graduate or early-career professional with a sharp analytical mindset, a collaborative spirit, and a drive to deliver high-quality outcomes. In addition, you will be/have:

• A recent graduate or early-career professional with a degree in IT or a related field.

• Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and advanced formulas.

• Experienced in building interactive dashboards with Power BI or similar platforms.

• Skilled in managing and cleaning complex data sets for business use.

• An excellent communicator with a collaborative, client-focused mindset.

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
