About the role
This role sits at the intersection of data analysis and client support within our Verimus team, offering a dynamic opportunity to contribute across both technical and customer-facing functions. This role will see you:
Support business decision-making through advanced spreadsheet analysis and data cleansing.
Design and maintain insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools.
Coordinate client onboarding, including platform setup and data imports, ensuring a seamless experience.
Create and maintain clear documentation for internal processes and client configurations.
Act as a liaison between internal teams and external software vendors to resolve issues efficiently.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data workflows and onboarding scalability.
About you
You’re a recent IT graduate or early-career professional with a sharp analytical mindset, a collaborative spirit, and a drive to deliver high-quality outcomes. In addition, you will be/have:
A recent graduate or early-career professional with a degree in IT or a related field.
Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and advanced formulas.
Experienced in building interactive dashboards with Power BI or similar platforms.
Skilled in managing and cleaning complex data sets for business use.
An excellent communicator with a collaborative, client-focused mindset.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
