About our role
Our finance team is looking for a full time Accounts Clerk to help with day-to-day transactions, general queries, and reimbursements. No prior experience is required—we’ll teach you everything you need to know!
This role will see you:
Processing payments, including petty cash, credit cards, and reimbursements
Following up missing receipts and ensuring accurate documentation
Assisting with general finance queries (e.g., reversing bills)
Counting petty cash tins and maintaining accurate records
Providing general administrative support to the finance team
The role will also see you providing general support for the smooth running of our office, e.g. light kitchen duties office errands and general administrative tasks.
About you
No extensive experience is required for this role—just a strong grasp of numbers and a positive, can-do attitude!
More specifically, you will be/have:
Strong interest in maths and numbers
High attention to detail and trustworthiness
Willingness to learn and take direction
A great communicator who enjoys working in a team
Whilst this role is ideally full time, we are open to flexible arrangements for the right candidate, e.g. part time hours to accommodate school-hours, 5 days per week.
Some travel to Adelaide for training may be required.
